Our legitimate interest lies in enabling rapid electronic contact and direct communication with us through an easy-to-find communication channel that does not require the prior exchange of contact details.

The provided website uses the information transmitted by your web browser to deliver the web content published by us. In addition, if the website is accessed incorrectly, an event-related error log is created with the relevant information for error analysis and rectification.

The legal basis for the provision of the website is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the distribution of the web content we publish.

The legal basis for the generation of event-related error logs is the compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c), 32 (1) GDPR which we as the data controller are subjected to. The creation of event-related error logs reflects the state of the art for to ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services. The legal basis for the generation of event-related error logs is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. (6) (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the stable and error-free distribution of the web content we publish.

We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

6. Storage Limitations

6.1. Contact Form

The personal data processed by the provided contact form will generally be deleted after the associated contact request has been handled. This does not apply to contact requests where the content is subject to a longer statutory retention period. These will be deleted upon expiration of the statutory retention period.

The personal data processed by the provided website will generally be deleted after the associated server request has been processed. Event-related error logs will automatically be deleted after 90 calendar days.
